CLLC Pedagogy Advancement Series Award

About

The CLLC provides opportunities for Associated Faculty, Professors of Teaching, and Graduate Teaching Assistants to give a one-hour presentation or workshop at OSU each semester on appropriate, vetted topics pertaining to teaching, technology, Carmen Canvas, language applications, and other related content. Associated Faculty, Professors of Teaching, and GTAs are also invited to attend these presentations.

 

Details

The CLLC Pedagogy Advancement Series is presented in both Autumn and Spring semesters, with a total of 2 per academic year. 

Autumn Semester

Autumn's presentation is designated for Associated Faculty and Professors of Teaching. Applicants must submit by the second week of Autumn semester, and if selected, present before week eight.

Spring Semester

Spring's presentation is designated for GTA proposals. Applicants must submit by the end of Autumn semester, and if selected, present before week eight of Spring semester.

 

Award

An award of $350.00 is given per semester presentation*†

 

* Please note: Any Associated Faculty, Professors of Teaching, or GTAs who have an appointment that includes a "course reduction for service" will not be eligible for an award.
