CLLC Student Spotlight Digital Presentations: Emma Clute, Sant Jordi Day
The CLLC is excited to announce a new student-led creative initiative: CLLC Student Spotlight Digital Presentations. Cultural presentations created by undergraduate students in world languages will be screened at the Crane Café fireside area of Hagerty Hall during lunch hours (11-1) several times per term. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for announcements on dates and topics of these presentations. The first screening will take place during the week of February 10 – 15, 2025. Created by Emma Clute, we will learn when and how the “day of love” is celebrated in the Catalonia region of Spain. Emma is a third-year student majoring in Linguistics and Spanish and minoring in Russian. In summer 2024, Emma studied abroad in Barcelona and Valencia. If you are interested in applying to create a cultural presentation for Fall 2025, please email Nina Haviernikova at haviernikova.1@osu.edu.
