CLLC Announces Two NSEP Boren Fellowship Recipients

Cassandra Olson will study Effects of Economic Diplomacy of the Diaoyu/Senkaku Islands Dispute at Beijing University’s International Relations Department.  She is pursuing a dual Master of Arts degree at the Ohio State University through the John Glenn School of Public Affairs in Public Policy and Management, as well as the OSU Midwest U.S.-China Flagship Program in East Asian Languages and Literatures with a concentration in Advanced Chinese Language and Culture.

Boren Fellowships provide up to $30,000 to U.S. graduate students to add an important international and language component to their graduate education through specialization in area study, language study, or increased language proficiency. Boren Fellowships support study and research in areas of the world that are critical to U.S. interests.
