Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. The African Languages Program offers the following Swahili courses:

  • SWAHILI 1101 - Elementary Swahili I (4 credit hours)
  • SWAHILI 1102 - Elementary Swahili II (4 credit hours)
  • SWAHILI 1103 - Elementary Swahili III (4 credit hours)
  • SWAHILI 2201 - Intermediate Swahili I (3 credit hours)
  • SWAHILI 3301 - Intermediate Swahili III (3 credit hours)

Swahili 1101-1103 serve as an option to fulfill the university's General Education (GE) foreign language requirement.
