Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. Rising Power…

When countries find their socio-economic, political,  and cultural positions rapidly changing in the world, repercussions both large and small ripple through the country and the region.  This year's Foreign Language Center/Phi Sigma Iota Film Fest focusses on the theme of "Rising Power."  Films from China, India, and Brazil illustrate some of the effects of the "rise" of those countries and how the changes impact specific people and their future.
