Boren Scholarships provide unique funding opportunities for U.S. undergraduate students to add an important INTERNATIONAL and LANGUAGE component to their education. These scholarships focus on geographic areas, languages, and FIELDS OF STUDY THAT ARE CRITICAL to U.S. national security, broadly defined, and underrepresented in study abroad. You do not have to have studied the critical language previously to apply.
Boren will award up to $20,000 per undergraduate student for one academic year of study abroad!
$24,000 for graduate fellows!
The OSU Boren Undergraduate Application deadline is Friday, January 24, 2020.
