Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. While this work occurs, language referencing protected class status or other activities prohibited by Ohio Senate Bill 1 may still appear in some places. However, all programs and activities are being administered in compliance with federal and state law.

CLLC World Language Party

The CLLC World Language Party is hosted once a semester. The event begins with an informational session hosted by our director, Janice Aski, about the importance of intercultural competence, the workforce and world language, and scholarships available to our world language students. Then students have the opportunity to attend a breakout room with their department to talk more about majors, minors, study abroad, and scholarships. Students get to meet faculty, current students, and language-club members. Finally, we celebrate language learning with delicious food, international music, and games!
